We may collect and use certain personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register for events, sign up for emails, sign up to receive resources, and fill out any type of forms such as contact forms or scheduling forms.  Some common information that may be collected includes, but is not limited to names, phone number, address, or email address. The personal information you provide may be used to contact you if so requested, send informational emails, schedule appointments, or process transactions. 

For clients, billing information may be collected through the online payment methods including credit card numbers and credit card information. Your name, billing details and payment information will be shared with our payment processor, LawPay, in order to process payment. 

Your information may be shared with our trusted third-party suppliers who assist with conducting our business. Our third-party suppliers agree to keep your information confidential. Your information will not be shared with other third-parties.  We obtain information through forms, our scheduling tool, and client portal which are all embedded in our website and integrate with our client relationship management tool Dubsado.

La Strada Law respects your privacy and does not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties beyond what is necessary to fulfill a transaction or service without your consent. Third party suppliers used by La Strada Law are: U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, USPS Shipping Services, CoLaw, Hygge Coworking, BOX document storage, LawPay, Dropbox document storage, Slack communication tool, Canva design tool, icloud, Dubsado business management solution for client portal, scheduling tool, client relationship management, e-signing tool, and electronic forms, G Suite Email, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Forms, Google Voice, GoToMeeting and Zoom video conferencing.  

Other trusted third party independent contractors may be used by La Strada Law, however, no contractor will have access to any personal information without entering into a confidentiality agreement with La Strada Law.

We retain personally identifiable information voluntarily provided to us for a period of time determined at our discretion. You may request that your data be deleted at any time or you may unsubscribe from our marketing contacts at any time.  

Usage Information: Usage information may be recorded from your use of the website or on our social media platforms. Such usage information may include but is not limited to collection of information regarding your browser information, navigation data on the pages you visit, the time you spend on such pages, device identifiers, searches conducted, IP address, URL information, and timestamp information. This usage information shows us how our website is being used and helps us to administer the website and provide improved features for the user.

La Strada Law will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from minors under the age of 18.  If La Strada Law learns it has any information or content from anyone under the age of 18, such information will be deleted.
